Our field staff consists of experienced senior adjusters on all your files, not just the large ones. Our turnaround time (start to finish) has a consistent average of less than five working days. We firmly believe that the quicker a claim is paid, the lower the indemnity amount becomes for the carrier. Our fees are all inclusive, we don’t add on extra amounts for mileage and drive time. We cover every area of the lower US 48 states and Alaska.

When there is a problem file it is handled by one of the owners of the company, not just another supervisor. We do our work the old fashion way by always looking for subrogation, salvage, risk hazards, old damages, SIU potential, coverage issues, etc. That is how we train our adjusters, and we offer them financial incentives to do so. We constantly look at our adjusters’ loss severity levels; we check all their work, not just a sampling. We run criminal background checks on everyone working for us. We verify their license compliance and educational credentials.
